No Show Policy
FIRST TIME NO SHOW: No worry it's on us. We all get busy and forget.
SECOND TIME NO SHOW: 50% is due. We hate you missed your appointment. As a favor we will only charge you half.
THIRD TIME NO SHOW: 100% due. We miss you! But our stylists have been waiting
***A 24 hour notice is required when canceling appointments. Please understand that when you don't cancel your appointment in time we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with another client. Our appointments will be confirmed 2 business days in advance. However, if we are unable to reach you it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time and cancel if need be.
***If there is a chance that you will be late please call the salon before your appointment time.
Child Safety Policy
In the work area we use chemicals and aerosols. For child safety, no kids are allowed in the work area unless being serviced.They must have an adult present while services are being provided.
If you bring a child and they are not being serviced an additional caretaker must be present. The salon is not childproof. We want your children to be safe.
**It is our goal to provide a calming environment for our guests.
We hope you understand our child safety policy.
ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE!!
The stylist will quote you a service price after consultation.
**Color correction prices are subject to change during the process. This is due to the fact that we will not 100% know what will need to be done until we actually start the service. Your stylist will communicate this change to you throughout the process.
**If a kids haircut takes longer than the allotted time it will be charged as a regular haircut.

Our intent is for each customer’s satisfaction. Returns and refunds are limited to the following situations:
1. Services received will not be refunded. We will gladly adjust any service you receive within THREE days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, at no additional charge to you. If a service can not be corrected we will consider a refund.
2. Refunds will only be considered if presented within 7 days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging, unopened.
